About SEAA/DSD Conference 2025

Euromicro SEAA (Software Engineering and Advanced Applications) is a long-standing international conference series bringing together researchers, practitioners, and students to exchange research, experience, and emerging developments in software engineering and software-intensive systems. Founded under the Euromicro organization established in 1974, SEAA has reached 52 editions and has been hosted across numerous European and international locations.

Conference Tracks:

  • DSD (Digital System Design): Focuses on the design, architecture, and implementation of digital and hardware-oriented systems, covering areas such as embedded systems, hardware/software co-design, digital architectures, FPGA, and related technologies.

  • SEAA (Software Engineering and Advanced Applications): Focuses on software engineering and its advanced applications, covering areas such as software development methods, Agile practices, software processes, empirical software engineering, software quality, AI-enabled software engineering, and emerging software technologies.

Conference Achievement:

The paper titled “Navigating Uncertainty and Adaptability: A Survey on the Role of Kanban and Scrum in Software Startups” was presented at the 51st Euromicro Conference Series on Software Engineering and Advanced Applications (DSD/SEAA Conference) in Salerno, Italy. The final version published in the SpringerLink digital library.
